In 2013, after getting my first Siberian husky, I quickly got to know the local sled dog sport club, with whom I began competing in international races after my first domestic competition, and later on my own, without them.

I competed in running with dogs called canicross with 1 and 2 dogs, bicycling with dogs called bikejoring with 1 and 2 dogs, scooter with 1 and 2 dogs, triathlon (swimming, running, cycling), wheeled cart called category D (with two dogs), cross-country skiing (skijoring) with one or two dogs, dog sledding with two dogs, and team relay races.

We started with sprint distances ranging from 2 km to 20 km, and after trying our first middle-distance race of 50+ km, I realized that this was the right fit for me and my dogs. From then on, we only competed in longer races spanning several hundred km. From 2013 to 2022, we actively competed in 9 countries (Serbia, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Bulgaria, and Italy), and we won more than 120 awards, including 3 medals from European Championships and won with Lukas the Dachstein alpine dogtrekking race in 2022. That was our last race to date.
