1. Conclusion of contract and payment
Booking inquiries can be made via the online registration form or by email. You will receive an invoice for the total amount of the trip by email. You must transfer 30 percent of the tour price within 14 days from the invoice date. The trip is only considered booked once you have transferred these 30 percent. If you cancel the tour in the meantime, i.e. cannot participate, you will not receive these 30 percent back. This is our guarantee that we will reserve your place for you. You must pay the remaining 70 percent of the total amount of the trip at least 60 days before the start of the trip. You can only participate in the trip if you have paid 100 percent of the tour price.

2. Tour information
The detailed individual conditions of the tours can be found in the adapted General Terms and Conditions of the tours.
3. Conditions of participation
To ensure the safety of guests, participants in the dog sledding tour must meet minimum requirements regarding age and physical fitness. Tour participants must be at least 14 years old. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. Physical fitness corresponds to a multi-day hike with luggage. This is a moderately difficult multi-day tour that is also suitable for beginners. Previous knowledge is not required. The routes are not too technically challenging, the distances covered each day are not too long, but not too short either, and we stay in cabins every night, with the exception of one night where we can experience the beauty of camping.
Should it become apparent during the tour that the guest is not up to the challenge or does not want to continue, the tour may be changed or cancelled for safety reasons. In this case, there will be no refund of the (pro rata) tour fee paid and no alternative programs will be offered. The person in question will be taken by car to the nearest location where they can wait and spend the days until the return date.
All activities are at your own risk for the entire duration of the tour, from the time of pick-up at the airport until the end of the tour, i.e. until the return trip to the airport. Minors, i.e. children under 18 years of age, are the responsibility of their parents for the entire duration of the tour. This applies to the health and safety of the children, including any damage caused by children. No responsibility is assumed for injuries, allergies or other seizures, deaths, property damage or loss.
By paying for the tour, you agree to these terms and conditions. You will also receive a form on site before the tour, the signing of which confirms your agreement to these terms and conditions in writing.
All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
4. Cancellations, changes, rebookings
The trip is booked when 30 percent of the tour price has been paid by the date of the invoice. You can participate in the trip if 100 percent of the tour price has been paid no later than 60 days before the start of the trip.
Cancellations, changes and rebookings must be communicated in writing or in text form to Into the wild Huskytours Sommer.
- 30% of the tour price from the time of booking
- 100% of the tour price 60 days before the start of the trip
